Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WeBotApp Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any of our courses.

1. Course Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for any course registrations.

2. Course Transfers

• Transfers to a different course can be made up to 7 days before the start of the original course without any additional cost.
• Transfers made less than 7 days before the start of the original course will incur a transfer fee of 10% of the course fee.

3. Course Cancellations by WeBotApp Academy

• If a course is canceled by WeBotApp Academy, registrants will be offered the option to transfer to another course without any additional fee.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In the case of exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually.
